Who is this course for and what will I study?
This course is for those who currently are or those who wish to become teachers of English as an Additional Language (EAL). At the Kildare Language Institute, we know a lot about teaching English as an Additional Language to pre-school, primary, secondary, third level students and beyond – from the day-to-day issues you encounter to the latest developments in language acquisition & ICT in teaching & learning.
We know that you require an enriching yet an enjoyable learning experience. KLI places a significant emphasis on ensuring that your stay with us is really enjoyable with lots of things to do – cultural, historical and simply fun!!
Afternoon activities / excursions take place Monday to Friday afternoons. In addition, each Saturday there is a full-day excursion. Samples include:
